Framework Setup


Based on our assessment of your organization and business needs PM Advisors will recommend the most appropriate project management methodology for your organization. We will then structure and setup the appropriate framework which will be the structural base of how projects will be run.

Frameworks include establishing project processes, assigning roles, using the necessary documentation, establishing specific required communication touch-points, and setting up tools and systems.

We use a 3 step approach in our framework implementation that we have found to be extremely effective in helping the team to learn and adopt the new framework.
